Standard blinds and shades run 14–21 days from your approved quote. Made-to-measure curtains and Roman blinds sit in the 28–35 day range. Plantation shutters, because they're built to the exact millimetre of your opening, take 4–6 weeks from measure.

We book the install appointment at the end of that window, not the beginning, so you're never waiting for the fitter once the product has arrived.

Our core service area is the Lower North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and the harbourside. We take Northern Beaches projects by appointment.

For sites outside Greater Sydney, get in touch — we can usually refer to a trusted partner if the project isn't a fit for us.

Because every item is measured and built to your specific window, they can't be returned once the manufacturer has started cutting. The deposit becomes non-refundable at that point.

If there's a manufacturing defect or an install issue, that's on us and we'll remake or replace at no cost.

A designer visits your home at a time that suits you, measures each opening to the millimetre, reads the light across the day, and walks you through material samples at the window they'd be installed at. Most consults take about ninety minutes.

The measure is free and there's no obligation. If we proceed, the measurements feed directly into your quote — no double-handling.

All prices shown on this site and in your quote are GST-inclusive unless noted otherwise. The tax invoice we issue itemises the GST component.

Manufacturer warranties range from 2 years on fabric components to 10 years on shutter frames and mechanisms. Our install work carries a 12-month workmanship warranty on top.

Yes. Every quote we provide includes the measure, manufacture, delivery and installation by our own fitters (not contractors). Supply-only pricing is available on request for trade customers.
